QUALITY OF COMMUNICATION (PART-1)

The success in life largely determine by these three factors;

- your ability to speak,

- your ability to write,


- And the quality of your ideas & thoughts.


I know I am going to successful on this skill because the quality of communication is largely determining by this formula.

 

        Quality = ∫ (K, P, T)

                                         Where, 

                          K= how much knowledge you have,

                                         P= how much you practice without knowledge,

    T =    your inherent talents.

Notice: The T is very small. so, what does really matter is what you know i.e. your knowledge.

 

By the end of this article, you will be exposed with a lots  technique

 perhaps  the only one work for you.so, this is very non-linear process 

you never know when it’s going to happen. Even though I can 

promise you will incorporate into your own repertoire and that will 

ensure that you get the maximum opportunity to have your inchoate 

ideas to be valued and accepted by the the people you speak with. 


  All above was just for preamble,


  Now, Let's get started


First thing we obviously going to talk about "How to Start".  Most of the people thought, start a talk with a Joke. I don't recommend it and the reason is that, they are becoming to adjust on your speaking parameter and on your vocal parameter. So, basically they are not ready for joke. What you should do instead is start with an "EMPOWERMENT PROMISE". you are going to tell people what they are going to know at the end of conversation that they didn't know at the beginning of talk. It’s called Empowerment promise. for an instance, as I said at the end of this article you will know something that you didn't know about speaking that make difference in your life. That's the best way to start.

   

SAMPLES

Let’s talk about some of the samples first. The very first of these heuristics is that it's a good idea to cycle your subject statement. you can say, tell him what you want to tell him, tell him again, and then tell him third time. The reason is at any given moment, about 20 percent of you fogged out no matter what the talk about. So, if you want to ensure the probability that he/she get it high, you need to say it three times. But in some cases, the audience is intelligent individuals well in that setting you better be telling twice and for third time you can ask ” am I explicit to everyone?".  


In addition, what we do is to " Build a Fence". Building a Fence around my idea what i am referring is that it can be distinguished from somebody else ideas. In more technical sense we might say, My algorithm may be similar to Aashish algorithm except his is exponential and mine's linear. Putting fence around your idea don't allow peoples to confuse or might relate to something else.
